Welcome to A Runescape Realm ~ We are a community & A Clan ~ Please respect that
Teamspeak 3: We are a community but please respect it is also used by our clan members

The Rules below are for all our benefit, we want to enjoy our time on TeamSpeak and in game.

Please read them then lets us know when you have read them and that you agree to keep within our rules.  If you disagree with the rules or don’t think you can follow them, save us all time and find another server that more suits you.

This server is not free, we pay for it and people can donate to keep it active.  
But what does that mean?  All who visit here or are registered are free to join in, free to contribute to people’s fun in game or in TeamSpeak
BUT no one is FREE to behave as they please, if you give us hassle or stop us having fun or are just plain rude it will mean a ‘ban’ where you will not be able to access our server.  You are FREE to choose.

THIS IS AN ENGLISH SPEAKING SERVER ONLY
We are not discriminating against other languages; it's just easier for us all to get along if we can clearly understand one another.

NO USING VOICE MODIFACATION SOFTWARE Includes: Microsoft Sam Etc.

***** The Rules *****  

Break any of the rules below and you will find yourself banned from the server.

1. We Respect ALL Runescape Rules. This means we DO NOT discuss account sharing, buying, selling, using bots, hacks, and/or exploits in public channels.
If you have any doubts please read the full list of RuneScape rules here www.runescape.com

2. You must be respectful of ALL Players. WE DO NOT TOLERATE RACISM, SEXISM, RELIGION OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DISCRIMINATION.

3. DO NOT CONSTANTLY ASK FOR Server Admin (SA) or Channel Admin (CA), people prove themselves over time to be dependable and suitable SA’s or CA’s.

4. Don't disturb people in other channels / rooms. If they ask you to leave, leave!

5. We do not talk about or encourage the use of ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES on this Server.  

6. All links sent must be clean and appropriate. DO NOT POST links to any of the following: Strong racism, strong language, nudity, viruses, and/or gore.
We also request that you not post links that start immediate downloads. If you wish to share downloadable content please provide a link to the download page ONLY.
The server logs all URLs, and they are viewable by any Admin at any time.  If anything inappropriate is posted , it will result with an immediate ban from the server.

" ??????????"  -  ( say this line to an SA, it proves you read the rules ) They should say back " ???????????! *This will not be updated here you will only find this on our Teamspeak server when registering*"

7. Due to the number of people we get logging onto our server we ask that you do not double log, if you log onto other server at the same time as being here and use our bandwidth  you will receive an initial 1 hour ban, then banned permanent if continued.

8. WE DO NOT!!! ALLOW CONTINUOUS TRANSMISSION ON THIS SERVER IF YOU GET CAUGHT DOING THIS YOU WILL BE KICKED OR BANNED

9. ( GAMBLING / FLOWERS ) IF YOU GAMBLE IN-GAME WITH ANY ONE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT. IT IS YOUR OWN FAULT IF YOU GET SCAMMED WHILE GAMBLING.

--------------------RECORDING RULES--------------
Your only allowed to record in the recording studio.
Anyone caught recording OUTSIDE that room will be kicked/banned.
(NOTE) only people in the server group "RECORDING GROUP" are allowed to record out side of the Recording Studio
Just so you know it IS Fairly obvious, The server makes an audible announcement and your name will look like this:
*** Member *** [RECORDING]

If you are found to have recorded out side of the *Recording Studio* on another recording software you will be banned.

Don't try to be sneaky

If you record someone with out their permission they have the right to take legal actions against you!
***Under the discretion of the server owners; there may be a possibility that your conversation is Recorded due to recent events. In accordance to US federal law***

Note for people who use Private rooms:
These rooms are meant for occasional short term use. Not to be used constantly
*EG: you connect and all you want to do is sit in a private room all the time*
This Will Not Be Accepted

!! Admins may use whatever punishment they deem necessary for the action committed and rule broken. !!

So now you have read the rules, you can let an SA know that you have read them and say the "line" and confirm you agree to follow them.  

Confirming you will follow our rules also means you are agreeing to receive the punishment should you choose to break the rules.

An SA can now register you.

*** Notes on being banned ***

If you find you are banned and don’t agree with the ban or wish to apologies for your actions you can make an appeal by posting on our Forum.  The SA who gave the ban has to agree to lift it, it will also be discussed with other SA’s too.

Our rules are based on a common sense approach and if you want to join or stay in the TeamSpeak then you need to agree to follow them. If you don’t follow them then you will be permanently banned.
Sometimes the list of rules disappears; if that happens follow this link to our forum http://www.arsrealm.com/t330-teamspeak-3-rules-2012#1525 You need to agree to them before you can join.

The Rules
- We don’t want to hear about botting or account sharing or rule breaking for Runescape.

No pictures or links that are indecent, or mean you break the Don’ts listed above.
No constantly asking to be a Server Admin, we ask you once we get to know you.
No double logging on this TeamSpeak with another, we need the space.
No using voice modification of any kind, or using constant transmission

We DO require that you to show respect for other people in the TeamSpeak, even if you find you don’t like them much
You can visit other channels / rooms but if you’re asked to leave please leave.
And we especially DO want you to have fun.
